How to use:

Face: Spray into palms and apply all over face and decollete’. Spray into palm and apply directly to problem areas with finger.

Sore Muscle Recovery: Spray direct to area and massage in until absorbed. 1-3 sprays per area.

Wound care: Spray direct on injury or spray into palm and spot treat with finger. Pat into skin until completely absorbed. Apply frequently each day until healed. 3-4 times a day is recommended for most injuries. For burns, apply immediately and frequently until pain subsides the first day, then go to 3-4 times a day.

Allergic reactions: Apply immediately and frequently until skin calms down and clears up. For scratches from cats etc, apply frequently first day, then 3-4 times a day afterwards until scratch is gone.
